Moira is an adult mare with a coat that is mostly white with faint dapples. She has brightly colored gold and blue-violet stripes on her legs, forehead, and shoulders. Her undersides are scaled in a matching color to the rest of her coat. Moira's eyes are a bright seafoam green, and she is the spitting image of her mother, except for their coloring. Her companion is kingfisher in colors that match her own.

Rather than hair, Moira's mane and tail are delicate fish-like fins, semi-translucent and mostly blue-violet with golden edges. They fall on her neck much like a mane. She has fins growing at the end of her ribcage, and down the backs of her legs as well, even when she is not in the water.

When Moira is in the water, her hind legs become an aquatic tail, and the gills along her neck grow more apparent. She is frequently surrounded by curious fish. She has the trait of glowing water wings, and often swims with them

Moira is sweet and kind, with a bold streak that can sometimes lead to reckless behavior. She is rarely more than a few feet from the water, and prefers to be underwater.
