He’s not really someone she’d usually go out of her way to help, not being a child anymore, but the other Fae seem to have decided that since she dealt with him the first time she should do so again. And persistence, eventually, must be rewarded.

He has an icy appearance now as well, so perhaps it is fitting that she is the fae that responds to him again. “You want to choose," she mocks him, “but you don’t know what the finished product would be.”

Go find the coldest place in Beqanna, and stay there for a year helping anyone else who wanders there. After that, prove to me that you aren’t just in it for yourself. Use your current powers to help others in the location of your choice. Then we’ll talk.”</b> As quickly as she appeared, she’s gone, leaving him to find his own way.
