Genetic Trait Expression

Hey there!

I played ages and ages ago, and before life got in the way I never really got to give Skelly his start. Anyway, his trait listed is his sharp teeth -- it's unable to be passed. 

My request is, could this be a passable trait instead? If not, totally okay.  He needs to make gnashy toothed little monsters in the future if possible, haha.
