    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

    Another Day (Nymphetamine)

The bay colored mare made her way through the forest. She was here to explore and meet others who call this land home. She wasn't sure if she was ready to find a home yet or not. She isn't even sure she is ready to settle down just yet. She stopped when she spotted a couple of forest animals in the path way. She decided to wait until the animals moved before she continued back down the path.

OOC: Sorry it is so short

OOC: OMG i just saw this post, bah I am so sorry.

The forest was always a good place to visit in the fall, the leaves were multicolored and the breeze was always welcomed after a long hot summer. The leggy blood bay worked his way through the trees, weaving between the large trunks as he went. He hadn't been long before he came across another. A mare, smaller in stature than he, but not too much so. She stood attention towards the ground as she watched something, though he knew not what. She didn't seem scared or concerned...just there.

Nymphetamine cleared his throat and to the far right side of the mare before approaching further, as to not surprise her in her blind spot. He cleared his throat before allowing his baritone voice to into the air "Is everything ok, miss?" It was a simple statement, and as he closed the gap, he realized she had simply been looking at some animals that lingered up ahead. It was an odd thing to jsut stand there for small critters to plod along... so maybe there was something else to it. The diplomat's steel eyes lingered on her own pools as he awaited her reply.
