1. Just curious- is there anyone way possible a baby could actually be born naturally (through breeding board) with magic? Like is it coded into the rolls as a 0.00000001% chance? I thought it'd be fascinating if it actually ever happened.

2. I got a baby with empathetic projection...what is that exactly?

Can she just share her feelings or actually make someone feel another way (obviously with player permission)? Anyway...do you see that this power is shared by Phoebe Halliwell!! I love charmed, that is like my childhood right there

1. No. Magic will always mutate, so you can't breed a magic baby.

2. She can make others feel the way she feels, but obviously you'll need player permission.
