there is but one rule
hunt or be hunted
hunt or be hunted
Suddenly, there is determination in the black mare. Something within her fights for her to live another day. It brings a wild smile to his dark face. The black mare lunges at him blindly, obviously messing. He dodges her first attack and the next ones after that. Finding that moving out of her way was easy, but he admires her courage and willpower. “Well, well,” he barks with humor, “You definitely have some fight in you left.” She tries again. The hellhound dodges her attempt, but this time he doesn’t move that far as she collapses in front of him. Her breathing is heavy, and it’s obvious there is no longer a strength left within her body. The dark beast moves forward, finding an opening window as she lays there helplessly on the snow fallen ground. Her scent is heavy with savory flavors, making his stomach growl in response. Salvia continues to drip from his lips, but more this time. The hunger within him begs for him to finish her, to taste her flesh and break her bones between his jaw. “I admire you, little mare,” he says with satisfaction. He prides himself for the way he has created chaos for the newcomer to Beqanna. A warning that this place was not for the weak, but for the strongest of all. There will always be evil, and he will make sure of that no matter what. He halts in front of the mare from where she collapsed. Running his dark muzzle close to her throat, he inhales the scent, salvia dripping out of his mouth over her open neck that lays out to him on a silver platter. It was the perfect scene for any predator and prey that danced the dance. But he wasn’t finished just yet. Sinner pulls his jaw back from her neck, and he lifts his right paw. “You will see another day,” he says, “At least make sure you do, or I will be disappointed.” It was a threat and it should not be taken lately, at least not from the likes of someone like Sinner. “But you are mine. Remember that, little mare.” The hound then scraps his paw across her flesh, his talons digging into her skin. He digs his claws deep into her skin ensuring there will be a permeant mark. Not deep enough that it would kill her—or so he hoped. “Don’t worry, I’ll see you again,” he says with a sinister laugh. The hound then turns on his heels and makes his way out of the sight of the black mare. He leaves the field behind, returning to the autumn kingdom or to find something else to hunt. |

@[Anninux] Hope you don't mind this. You don't have to have the marking from Sinner if you don't want. But if you do, feel free to have it wherever you want and how severe Really enjoyed this thread!
