She is so fucking bored.

There is so little to do within the nomadic confines of the common lands. Leaving the carnivorous beauty to invest time in her dirty little habits. Hunting had become a sport. So fruitful and so comically easy. Her targets were mostly woodland creatures; rabbits, pheasants, and of course her absolute favorite deer. She found them all so fascinating how they ran without hesitation,  flight taking over their bodies until their untimely demise. But the deer held a special place within her heart, they were so unpredictable, so complex in how one second they flee and then the next they whirl around and fight, charging towards her in their regal glory.

Deer were proud creatures, strong, but unfortunately foolish. Her brawls with them were quick and calculated. A simple lunge for the neck sealed their fate, horns and all they would fall crumbling to the ground like dust. So simple, so easy, and so satisfying. 

She had mastered it.

Yet today is different, she isn't hungry and she is horribly bored of picking off mindless creatures of the forest, so instead she finds herself coiled within the branches of a tree. Fixated upon something other than the hunt. The chameleon women finds herself watching over the few equine who linger within the depths of the forest, she peered over with violet scaled eyes, prying at their conversations, digesting their gossip. Hoping her vibrant hues, and sly eaves dropping won't be noticed.
