She savored the late hours, enjoying the soft lullaby of crickets within the foliage and the utter bliss of the atmosphere. With that her body relaxes as she eases into the conversation, "I know the feeling." She adds, her hazel gaze fixed and lingering. She's been there, all those years she spent traveling the seas in solitude in search of her ex-husband had sent her spiraling. When she returned the feeling of company had become so foreign and almost mundane, that it felt almost ridiculous to her no matter how much she yearned for it.
"Uconn." She tastes his name, it's gentle upon the tongue as she ingrains it in her mind. She had a lack of friends as of late, she needed to meet new people and cultivate new friendships. The only friends she had was her family, but many of them had disappeared and or simply are living a whole other life. "It's nice to meet you, Uconn." Her sugar dusted smile widens, her golden wings gently fluttering at her sides.
"I'm here to get away from my family and Loess" Her words spill out, simple and to the point. She had always clung onto family and she figured with the plague cured it was time for a change. She had to get over the fact that Loess was no longer singularly hers, despite being her creation, and she needed to pull away from her daughter's growing family. She needed to pull away from everything, like she had done in the past, but this time she found it so much harder and she couldn't quite grasp why. Perhaps it was the close proximity?
