The time has come for another to ascend reign of Tephra.
My terms are this, if you would like to step down, you and your family are welcome to remain under your leadership as a herd of Tephra. If you would like to go forth with this challenge we may and the end result will determine who rules the lands. If you should lose the challenge, I would still consider you and yours to reside there if peace can be found amongst us.
