Friendship is indeed something that Ilma longs for, too. She hasn't been in Beqanna for long, and although Kagerus will make a good friend, and probably Solace too, it might be nice to know some horses in other Kingdoms as well. One might call it a need for a reason to travel, but the white winged female also likes the idea of having some place to go should something bad happen to or inside the Kingdom that she has recently joined. Who knows if the lake sometimes floods in spring, when the melting water comes downhill? Or a sickness spreads that takes the grass or even some horses, away? No, having a backup, even if she does not really believe she will need it soon, is just something she would like to have. When the girl named Lamb offers her to show her around Sylva, she happily agrees. "Of course! I'm not sure if I could really discuss our relations, but it would be nice to see a neighbour's home and make friends. It's silly to live just north of you and ignore you're there, after all." she agrees. She chuckles kindly at the suggestion that Ilma hasn't seen all of Beqanna by far. "Indeed! I've only been able to fly over, but that's not the same as a proper visit." she glances up to the sky to estimate the time - she has arrived early, by flight, so they might make it to Sylva on the same day, perhaps. |
Any fool knows men and women think differently at times, but the biggest difference is this: men forget, but never forgive; women forgive, but never forget.
