    Hydrokinesis & shrinking; however, can only shrink when standing in water (lake/creek/rain/etc) and can only use hydrokinesis when shrunk. Hydrokinesis also limited to small amounts/small squirts befitting a shrunk horse. Think a very weak water gun for toddlers
