    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

    Take me to chruch

Geisha blinked, ears flicking back as she turned her gaze away. She felt a little embarrassed when the other horse seemed put off by Geisha's remark, as if thanking her may have not been the smartest move. A 'sorry' almost uttered past pale lips but died in her throat.  But flies trying to gnaw at her wounds were an effect way to get her mind elsewhere.

Foolishly forgetting the wounds, and half out of habit the mare flicked her golden tail swatting at the pests. Another stupid move. Her coarse hairs drug slowly across the soaked flesh, singing. Geisha gritted her teeth breathing in deep.

Each small shift of her body caused a wave of searing pain. Before now she still had the effects of adrenaline in play and pain was no object or concern. The gashing down her lower end seemed less painful at that time if not nonexistent. But not now... Now they hurt, like tongues of fire, it was all Geisha could do to hold back from screaming.

Geisha stood by silently watching the pair as she strifed with herself. They seemed to know one another, she thought, as they conversed about a healing waters that lay within their home. Geisha's ears perked a little more at that, curious as to what is was- and if it could mean for soothing her pain.

She didn't recall seeing him move. His warm dappled copper pelt brushed against hers. The mare melted easily into his side, using him for a crutch to relax her tense muscles. 'Please come back with us so we can heal you.' Well she sure as hell wouldn't be protesting. It sounded a good idea as any, besides they looked to be trustworthy enough. After all, they did come to her aid. "I would love to," Geisha murmured in a soft voice.

'I'm Andres by the way.' He'd added. Geisha looked to the unnamed mare and then meeting Andres's gaze. "Call me Geisha." Her head dipping in the slightest to show respect.
