    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

the words she knows the tune she hums

Zaravich had pranced around the mare, she was a young mare and new to the life on her own. She had the mistake of finding herself pregnant with a stag she couldnt promise to see again. Perhaps this would calm the mare in motherhood, but to keep her anxiety down she continued to dance as she always has. The mare seemed unpleased with Zaras presence which was saddening as Zara just wanted the interaction with other horses.

"are you looking for a home?" the mare asked she flicked her tail gently swaying it with the winter breeze. Perhaps the mare had a front since she did not know Zara, and they could be friends in the Dale as life carried on. "what is your name?" Zara asked as the mare did not introduce. It was okay to keep things to yourself, but it made Zara feel as though she was prying. She found herself prancing again only to rest on the opposite side of the mare awaiting a response.
