    Yes. A horse can have an infinite number of carried traits (and expressed traits acting as carried due to space limitations to an extent ). The only limit is on number of spaces for expressed genetic traits. This is to avoid having a horse that eventually has a ridiculous amount of expressed traits due to inheritance luck.
