    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

This you could say was one of his whims. Something that he didn't get to often, but when they came he accepted them with open arms. Why not? After all, the population of beqanna needed more erm how to put it? Encouragement?

While almost all horses that he came across adored kingdom life he could see the diplomats were starting to desire something slightly more. Something more social then simple recruitment. They actually seemed to be getting lax in their efforts do to this sudden shift in the air. Well he would encourage them to take a home for themselves. Its not enough to just work all the time for most. For him it was, but still working for the kingdom meant that he assist in any way he can.

Maybe if they got a break from seeing the inside of the kingdom borders all the time it would encourage them to be more active within the borders as well as out. Maybe the winds would shift, and they would begin to see a reason to work in a kingdom.

Who knows it is a simple experiment he is willing to try out. With a shake of his cobalt mane he approachs one female. Not sure exactly how to go about this he shifts uncertainly. His wings fluttering out from his sides brushing agianst her hide. Smiling as the butterfly takes off. He hopes the accidental touch is not to brazen.Looking for a home? Yes this experiment could turn out to be more pleasant then he supected, of course he was doing this for the betterment of his kingdom. Of course he would never even dream of making any do what they did not wish too; there is of course no room in his mind for anything other then battle, and protection.

Not that a few indifferent words here and there wouldn't help either. He paused looking her up and down, unsure of her age, or her disposition towards him. Still always worth a try.
