A few things here. The name Artist is already taken. Please check the member database and the name reservations board before joining a character. Can you let me know what new name you would like so we can add your horse to the database?
Also, I noticed that the account you are posting with is neither your horse name or OOC name. Please make sure you account name is either a horse or OOC account. There's some stuff on the rules board about this, and a tutorial on the join board. If you have any questions or issues changing your account name, please let any of the officers know and we can help you out.
