    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

    [private]  life's a beach
    #2
The black unicorn mare hadn't been in fog when she entered the ruins. Now she could barely see 3 feet in front of her.
Where had this fog come from, she wasn't sure but she knew the shore was also somewhere around here, although she should be able to detect that unless it was like a cliff drop. She would quite like to avoid that so she stayed closed to the rock wall.

How the hell am i going to get out of here? she mutter to herself. Was she even going in the right direction. She stopped, looking around. Right now she kind of wished she had some magic in her horn, she might have been able to create some damn light.

Turning to walk around the corner she suddenly stopped sharply, turning her head at the last minute to avoid skewering this stranger with her horn as their bodies collided.

Staggering slight she quickly reverse two steps Sorry, i couldn't see you in this fog she exclaimed. Her blue eyes were a shock of coloured against her mostly black coat.

Urmm you don't happen to know the way out of this fog do you? She asked awkwardly. She hated admitting she couldn't do something, but this was something she was not going to figure out.
