    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

The light that shines so bright - herd mare

The light that shines so bright.

She was pissed, oh so pissed. But you couldn’t blame her for that, right? After all, she had been presented to a strange stallion on a golden platter. Three years had it taken for her parents, or her mother actually, to pay back the debt they had settled upon. She had been the price, the price for her mother’s freedom. But Gyps simply couldn’t understand why she should live the bound and imprisoned life that her mother could not. She didn’t want to either. But the truth was was that she had been conceived and was born to repay Archam.

That was how Gyps had ended up in the Cobblestone Creek. The place looked pretty decent and the water was nice, but she would never admit that out loud. Her heart still longed for the golden fields that had been her home at birth. To the winged mare it still was her home too, the place she wanted to be and belonged at. Well, that might not entirely be true either, right now she still cursed her parents’ names at every chance she got. Both Besra and Phaedrus had let her down. Did they genuinely expect her to be happy here?

Angrily she tosses her navy blue mane in the air and flicks her sky blue tail at the same time. She’s agitated, irritated, angry. More than she had been during the last few days, but today was just one of those really bad days. Gyps was just moody and it fuelled the buckled up emotions that still swirled within the young mare. Mostly she kept to herself, refusing to mingle with the other mares, but today was different. She needed someone to take it all out on and she honestly didn’t care who that would be and what the consequences would be.

    Gyps

OOC: So, basically looking for someone to pick a fight with. Just one herd mare is enough though, not really looking forward to 3 against 1. Yes, Gyps would deserve that, she's really still a child and behaving really childish and horrible and such. But it shouldn't get too bad.
