Trait Genetics Question

In the guide when discussing inheritance of TEG it says that it follows Mendelian punnet square genetics but then under TEGteg x tegteg it says that inheritance will be 25% TEGteg and 75% tegteg...shouldn't it be 50/50% or did you guys do that on purpose?
