I'm posting this here too since I think we have some lurkers that are not in discord:
HELLO EVERYONE! Sarah and I were talking and we think it would be fun, as a way to do some no pressure fake pony writing, if we bring back the herd stallion/mares dynamic. I figure the lands can still operate as herdlands (maybe the king/queen are the main herd, and there can be other herds there? idk), and if the game ever gets back to it's old activity then we've got some pre-made drama of someone kicking a herd out to make it a kingdom again.
It's not meant to be anything serious or intense, so if anyone else wants to join that's what we are going to try & do.
