Now, it considers its self a native of San Antonio, Texas. When the wind blows around this beast it parts at nearly 74 miles an hour. We may have to close our eye, but if we really want to we can go up to 195 miles per hour.

Yup, you are correct. Except that San Antonio, Texas was a Tundra clue, not a Hurricane clue. The tundra is assembled in San Antonio.
