Hey! So I've never used a birthday trait and I was wondering if Roe could have wings. Im looking into buying a design on deviantart and it fits him so perfectly and I was wanting to possibly have the option to make him active again. I figured I would ask- I'd be happy to pluck it from another character, but really I just want it. Theres no real reason other than the design has wings and I love the design, I love Roe (he holds lots of special history to me + his name holds special stuffs)

Oh..yeah I know I could make a new character, but that seems wasteful when I have so many in my closet. Im bidding on the design and if for some reason I don't get it- Im good with him not having wings. It is solely due to the design, thanks!
