As darkness came upon the lands she awakened. Like many creatures did as the sun began to rise and warm the earth, she did as the moon took its place. She preferred the night. Maybe it was her lineage, maybe it was the darkness inside her...
She didn't need the light of day to see where she was nor where she wanted to be. The night sky told her all she needed to know. The stars guided her through the lands with ease. She was owned by no one, answered to no one and she relished in that.
Her nightly journeys brought her to many places... Some owned, some not. This one in particular had too many scents to be owned. Some of familiar lineages but most were not. She was new here and had met very few. That was ok with her though. She didn't want to bother anyone and she had places to be. Though she didn't mind occasional company.
Starry globes scanned curiously about the lush lands. Timbers rose high towards the stars and thickened brush coated the landscape. Impassible to some but not her. Her sleek form and taunt hide slid effortlessly through the thickets. Nares took in the crisp night air. Intrigued with each new scent... A young curious mind could spell trouble but she chose her investigations carefully.
Satellites flickered atop her crown. A night bird of prey eyed her curiously as she made her way to no where in particular. There was no destination for the evening. She wondered though who she may come across in the night... Another addict of the night
