    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

all of us have a hero and a villain in us

Archam gave a laugh at the foals curiosity, he gazed over her with joy, she had the coat of her mother which was unique and beautiful. She would grow up to be a stunning mare, and he was excited to see the life she would live. The foal was confused with the words that slipped from his mouth, understandable of course, Sirana was just born.

His gaze turned to Anahi who explained how Anahi was Siranas mother, and that He was her father. That they were her family, and she could be trusting of both. It was natural for a foal to feel safe by there mother, it was easy to pin point that the mare was theres, it was the first equine they would lay eyes on in the world. It was understandable that Sirana was slightly confused by Archams role in her life, but he knew she would grow to understand and hopefully enjoy him. He gave a chuckle to the small joke Anahi slid into the explanation of them. He turned to her and nuzzled her neck before returning his gaze to Sirana.

Sirana didn't quite understand the deeper part of the relationship her mother and father had, but she could see that they 'liked' each other, as according to what her mother said. The filly whinnied in excitement before she nudged the stallion's shoulder, then trotted away a few steps, surprised at how her legs seemed to be getting a bit easier to control.

She looked back at him, then trotted away again, repeating the cycle so hopefully he would be enticed to follow after her.
