With spring well on it's way into summer, the meadow is a leisurely place to walk into. Even if it's so-damn-far-away from like, every other kingdom, and probably Nerine is furthest. But he can't be bothered. He really just can't. Sometimes, it's good to go on a run, even if that means running along the river and then through the field because he doesn't want any recruiters breathing in his neck (okay sure, he's a pretty pony and all, but he's given his heart away like four times over already - one for the love of his life, three for the unintendedly-sired children that he loves; forget about Thalassa and the possibility of a fourth). So please, no-one pull at him to come with, to come visit their kingdom which is supposed to be better; the queen or Nerine is queen of his heart and there's not taking him away and that's the end of it.

Although sometimes it can be hard, to know how much he hurt her in the past. And sometimes she just has duties, and things to settle between kingdom members, so yeah - then he is too much. Then he just takes a run; and today that means he ran a little further than normal, and is therefore, already turning around when he reaches the place, ready to go back home. Because he doesn't want to keep her waiting that long. Because he always gets home at night, and it's already questionable if he's going to make it if he leaves right away.
