Ilma smiles. ‘Unknown’ is better than ‘not at all’ or even ‘enemies’, so she takes what she can and understands that nothing more is given right now; the sentence ends there and then and is definitive enough to come across as a subject best not spoken about so casually in an unofficial meeting. Ah, well. Lamb is friendly enough about it, and the younger mare mentions friendly visits and friendship, so Ilma will just have to be more patient. ”I’m looking forward to it,” she agrees. She feels like maybe she cut the wrong subject to befriend the other mare more easily, so she searches for another. Not finding one immediately, she is content to just enjoy the sun and her newfound company. Her tails moves automatically to chase away a few flies, and she takes in the meadow’s surroundings. Trees here and there offer some shade in the slowly fading summer heat, and she does believe that it is a nice place to visit every season indeed - she’s sure to return come autumn. She’s less sure about winter, but who knows? Perhaps frozen trees in a blanket of white snow will be an appealing sight just as well. |

Any fool knows men and women think differently at times, but the biggest difference is this: men forget, but never forgive; women forgive, but never forget.
