Hi there and welcome to BQ! Profile pics are calls avatars here. Since I am lazy and don't like to type things, I'm going to point you to the tutorial we have on this. If you go here: https://beqanna.com/forum/tutorials.php and then click on "editing your profile" in the left sidebar, there will be a section there called "editing your avatar" which has step-by-step directions (including pictures).
