    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

    "But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

    What Happens When The Truth Is A Lie {Birthing}
    #1
    She didn't know how her mother had so many children, just carrying them was a burden on her body. She was due any day now, her body had been signaling it. And for that reason she had already settled into a lush green area that seemed perfect to birth in.

    Today had been particularly painful, stinging pain shooting through her body. It wasn't until it got unbearable that she knew it was time. Tana was never one to stay in one spot, and she knew that from the years. Still, she tried to call for him Tana!  Her voice was visibly filled with fear, It's time. Her last words nearly a whisper.

    She couldn't wait any longer, her body had enough and it was begging her to meet her children. The pale mare finds a soft spot on the ground and with every contraction she pushed. The moments seemed like hours, her body quickly slathered in sweat, but in a moment a little foal lay on the ground with her. It was a colt pale colt, he sported dragon wings that were outlined in ice. A spitting image of his father, and for a split second she wondered if he would be a dragon shifter like his father as well.

    She didn't have much time to ponder her thoughts before her body ached in pain again, was this normal? She thinks to herself before being taken over once again by fear. TANA! She cries out with one last attempt to have the father by her side. She fears this could be her last moments on earth, but when the pains grew into the familiar pain of contractions she quickly wondered if she carried twins. It only made sense, she was a twin, and Tana was a twin. Again she pushed with the contractions and with one last effort the drained mare gave it her all and another foal was entered into the world.

    A smile appeared on her maw, it was twins. This one was a filly who wore the color of her mother. She had no wings but her small mane and tail was lined with ice, a perfect mix of her and Santana. She took a few more moments to recover from her experience before lifting herself off the ground, she pushes her maw against both of there cheeks, naming them as she does so. Spyro...and Cynder she says there names with an overwhelming feeling of pride. An instant desire to protect and love them, she eagerly helps them both to there feet.

    @[Santana] a birthing post for you<33
