To our citizens,
Roughly a half year now has passed since the release of the contagion. As such, Solace and I would like to inform you as to what has happened since then.
During this time of disharmony and woe, Solace and I have each watched over our halves of the Sanctuary. More recently, Pangea has agreed to our terms and now makes up a third of our nation. The sea creature whom you saw at our kingdom meeting leads that land; her name is Yidhra, and she has pledged allegiance to The Sanctuary, and to our demands. Pangea functions now as the scientific branch of The Sanctuary. They respect our political ties, will not poach any members from the Cove or Hyaline, make a point of not endorsing excess violence, and only enter Hyaline or Cove with an escort. Solace and I see this arrangement as acceptable for now.
Furthermore, the time has come from Solace to return to her rightful position as head of The Sanctuary, alongside myself. Although we have managed well apart, we feel that it is time to allow others to prove their worth. As such, we have named Kensa and Litotes the Caretakers of the subkingdom Hyaline. We trust them fully, and are as excited as we can be for them during this time of contagion.
With that in mind, there is a new council: The Council of The Sanctuary. This group is composed of myself, Solace, Ilma, Kensa, Litotes, and Yidhra. Svedka, the Heart of Hyaline, has been absent for some time, but would be welcomed back in the unlikely case of his return.
Now, to where you come in: with all these changes behind us, and with calm settling across Beqanna, it is time for us as a the Eastern nation to go out to the other lands, tell them of our happenings, and to find out about theirs. We will have a sign up for kingdom visits below; please step forward and fill the empty spots, as there are many lands to go to. Those who participate will be recognized, and promoted in their respective caste.

The message we wish to send is this: that the East is united as The Sanctuary, that Pangea and Hyaline are subkingdoms to the Cove, that Kensa, Litotes, and Yidhra are in leadership positions, that we are always accepting refuges, and that we intend to remain explicitly PEACEFUL with ALL kingdoms - negotiate at least a cease fire if you can, but we prefer friendly relations if possible. The other part of this assignment is for you to discover who is leading each land, how they are tied politically to the other lands, and whether or not they have decided amongst themselves as to the business of subkingdom or kingdom. Members of Hyaline, the Cove, and Pangea are welcome to sign up for one or more visits, but Pangeans must be accompanied by a Hyalinian or a Cove member.
Any questions? If we have an excess of interest from our members, we will either allow three to a kingdom visit, or else the respective Caretakers will go to less kingdoms.
