Damage Rolls in Battles

We are adding damage rolls to battles (thanks to Cal for the legwork on this!). See below for the rule updates as well as a google doc that explains how damage rolls will work. This is still in "beta", so to speak, and we'll be testing it out and changing as necessary.

New Rules:

1. Officers will roll for damage after each post with an attack in a battle.
   
2. At the end of each battle post, tag @Officials to have damage rolled. You may not post the next round of the battle until the damage has been rolled. The time limit between posts will be counted from the time of the damage roll.
   
3. Players still choose how the damage is inflicted and how it affected their characters in posts, but will be expected to take damage in accordance with the damage roll.

Updated Battle Rubric

We've also updated the battle rubric to remove overlap and separate out the categories that are being judged. You can see the new rubric here. This is also subject to change after some testing, but hopefully this one will work better (*cough*Kyra and Devin have hated the rubric since they wrote the first one but we were too lazy to update it till now, lol*cough*)
