Autoquest for Immortality for Ruhr, more specifically Moon Phase Immortality, with a proposed definition being: ‘0 space trait that causes user to cycle through adult life stages, growing from newborn to elderly as normal, and then reversing the process until reaching young adulthood, then beginning to age again until reaching old age and reversing, ad infinitum’. I didn't know how to fit "he's old at the full moon and young by the new moon' but idk if its even relevant for the general definition!
