Can his coat shimmer a bit like fish scale even if he doesn't get any sort of aquatic magic? Gold eyes. Shimmery, opalescent white mane and tail please?
If equus kelpus or kelpie mimicry mutates could maybe do aquatic shifting or kelpie shifting? (please please anything but kelpie mimicry if possible)
