Is it too early to do this? I would like to request a pre-approved quest roll for Shipka to make her mane and tail bits of night sky. They will be black with shining stars and have a billowy texture like clouds or smoke. Night/Galaxy/Nebula mane and tail? I think it would either be a 0-space trait like Galaxy Marking, or 1-space like Fire Mane and Tail.

No, we typically don't give out pre-approved quests without a good reason for them. We'd generally rather people simply use the quest system as built, since you will eventually get your quest. That said, we will consider if there's a valid reason for a pre-approval.
