New Stealing Option - Officials - 01-25-2018

Notes:
This is entirely optional. You may still continue to steal using the riddle format.
If you won an extra block for steals for Christmas, you may either use them as an extra block in the riddle format, or a re-draw for the card format.
Stealer openly reveals which character(s) you are attempting to steal from what land(s).
Stealee must accept within 3 days, otherwise it is a default win to stealer.
Judge will draw two cards using <a href="https://www.random.org/playing-cards/">this website</a> for each person, including screenshots of their draw. An Ace card will count as 11.
Whichever person gets closest to 21 without going over wins.
Example:
Princess posts she is stealing Thunder from La La Land.
Thunder responds accepting the steal.
Judge posts:

Jack + Jack = 20
<a href="https://ibb.co/deZgPG">THUNDER</a>
King + 7 = 17
Princess successfully steals Thunder.
