Omg he's so freaking perfect!! Out of curiosity, are his wings feathery or like dragon wings?
And what all is entailed in limited dragon shifting? What limitations are there?

so for limited dragon shifting basically he can shift into a horse-sized dragon physically. no firebreathing or other dragon powers except for the ability to fly using his wings. his wings are naturally feathery, but he can also shift parts of his body individually
