all of us have a hero and a villain in us

The stallion tried not to show emotion aside from his anger when needed. He relaxed his tense body, it was nothing he can do. The past is the past and the mare were no longer his to worry about. He had five mares in his herd that he had to care for now. He accepted the offer of support from the mare and gave her a nudge on the lower portion of her neck. She assured him that she didnt fear being stolen, along with the other mares. "Thank you Anahi" he gave a small nicker of joy, flicking his ears forward. He looked up at the moon that was still high in the sky, but preparing for the sun to make an appearance. "We should get some rest before the morning comes" he gestured staying by the mare for the night. He cocked his hip resting his weight on his right side, lowering his eye lids to sleep. His was still listening for any creatures planning an attack, or any final words from the mare.
