    History

    Born in a far away desert, Yael's family burned to death in a freak wildfire accident that trapped her tribe in a canyon. She was the only survivor and found her way to Beqanna, where she would have died if it weren't for Fictional, the kind black mare who adopted her and took her to the Desert. Yael slowly started to learn the language and when Nocturnal and Krys took over the Kingdom, she worked hard and climbed the ranks of the peace caste (earning her wings in the process)

    Krys eventually stepped down and nominated Yael to replace her as Queen, and Yael accepted.

    Yael ruled the Desert for 17 years, alongside Nocturnal, Changeling, and Vanquish, whom she fell in love with. It took them a while (and a lot of fights) to make it work, but when they finally did, they became a solid force to be reckoned with. She is his willow tree, he is her oak.

    Vanquish's death broke her heart and she is in the process of finding a new ruler to take her place.
