Coming to the shores of Beqanna as a young mare, she had been raised in a lovely herd in a far away land before settling here. She was picked up in the field by a herd stallion named Fascade. He had promised her a home, and eventually she and a few others they found along the way, followed Fascade to Serenity Lake. Unfortunely, they were quickly apprehended by mythic kingdom horses. They were denied the land due to their lack of traits, and had to continue their search for home. After some time, they finally came to Paradise Beach. Where they lived happily in peace...for a time. Eventually, Whisteria wanted a child, but due to complications, she lost her first. She decided to travel to the faerie's adoption den to find a child to bring home. She found Clawfinger, and took him in. The following year, she and Fascade were successful in bringing Whiskaway into the world. Together, they lived happily, no care in the world and safe from danger. But in the shadows, Nexa lurked. Together, she and Chain were able to lure Clawfinger away. Whisteria caught on to this, and tried hard to keep them from taking him. But one night, they came and they succeeded in their mission to take Clawfinger. For years Whisteria searched for him, doing all she could to rescue her child. Years went by, and she never caught a single whiff of him. She searched until she was spent, and found herself drifting to sleep amongst the beach. Many Beqanna years past, so many that Whisteria had lost count at 100. She never expected to see the gates to the afterlife be slung open, allowing for all since past to return to the land of the living. She eventually found herself in this new Beqanna. The land now vastly different, including the politics. And her home? No more. She wandered for a long time alone, still reflecting on her previous life, an how she still had not completed her quest to find Clawfinger, but now she realizes that it had been far too long. He, and the rest of her old herd, were most likely gone from this world. She now looks to her new life, treating it as a blank slate. Opening her mind to Beqanna's new modern ideals and how much the world has changed. She was given a new opportunity, and she was going to enjoy it, do it right this time.
