Born Year 156 in The Dazzling Waterfall. Literally, the healing magic of the waterfall keeps Bethanie alive long enough to birth her only son. Jesper is raised by Aunt Nylee, Aunt Alysanne, and Margaery. Just before he becomes one, he ventures off to the Forest and, lives there until, one night, his mother's voice guides him through a dream portal. He reunites with his maternal grandfather, Brennen, on the shores of Ischia and, finds himself in present day Beqanna (Year 194).
Jesper enters the Alliance but, does not qualify for Round 2. Seeking the comforts of a forest, since that is what he knows best, Jesper pledges Sylva and, serves Sabra until Year 195. Sabra steps down after making an impulsive decision and Modicum Mortem takes over. Jesper wants no part of Mortem's evil plans and, returns to Ischia to serve Brennen, the newly voted King. Volunteered as a prisoner in Sylva to gain information for Allies. Returns home to Ischia to recover alongside his love, Lavendel and, his Brothers.
