This story starts somewhere outside of Beqanna. Somewhere in another realm, the realm of the fox goddess. Born more than five decades ago, Hiroto is by no means to be called young. He served his goddess as one of her divine messengers, free to travel between realms. He was happy, carefree and outgoing, each trip a little feast on itself.
An accident had him return to his goddess on his knees, begging and pleading. It hadn’t been on purpose, he had never meant to cause any harm. It all fell to deaf ears. The death of his fellow messenger, his friend, has him fallen into disgrace by his goddess. Banished from his realm Hiroto arrived in Beqanna in the autumn of year 192.
