Umani does not meet the requirements to quest for this 4 space trait at this time. After reading through the linked posts, only one seems to mention why she'd want phoenix shifting this one where she talks about wanting to fly, but even that is not specific to phoenix shifting.
Please try again once she meets the requirements.
