The baltian stuff (gills, eyes, scales, fins for mane) and kelpie mimicry (kelpie tail, enhanced physical attractiveness, underwater telepathy - ngl I saw someone with kelpie mimicry use this but if it's not gucci just let me know!!)

Hey! A fin mane isn't a default trait for Baltians but you can apply it as a separate 0-space joining trait if you'd like? I just wanted to make sure before adding him in
