The appaloosa colt was a few weeks shy from being a yearling, his twin sister was always on her own adventure and he was pathing his own way in life. Theyre close bond slowly deteriorated as Espeon went off finding her own friends, he never really had one with Maribel. All that left was Romek, the stallion who adopted him and his sister when they were alone and dying. It was hard for Durotan to open up, but he did and Romek was the best father he could have pictured.

Romek was preparing for a new foal with Maribel, he was slightly jealous, and frantically search for the stallion, his time would be dedicated to his new family. He could not hold back Romek, he did so much for him and his sister, he just hoped for some last words of wisdom before he dedicated himself to the Tundra, proving his strength as a warrior. 

He stepped through the snow before stopping, he raised his head high and allowed a whinny to escape his maw, it echoed throughout the empty field. A smile grew on his maw as he lowered his head to scan the area, hopefully Romek would appear shortly
