Because she was abandoned at such a young age, Despoina has grown up incredibly introverted. She doesn’t believe she has any worth and has no self-esteem to speak of. She prefers to keep to herself and does her best to avoid large crowds or loud circumstances. She struggles with her identity as a hellhound. On one hand, she finds freedom in that form, feeling as though she can disappear more and turn into something not quite herself. On the other hand, she feels deeply ashamed and unworthy of the trait. Deep down, she is kind, loving, and selfless but never gets a chance to show it because she is so fearful.

* While playing by herself, she ran across a group of puppies that she learned to be the children of Nightlock and Wonder.
