Since Zhenga is still a young filly, not much of her personality has developed. However, it is implied that she is playful and spirited. She has also begun showing a high level of intelligence, and has inherited her dam's wisdom and strength. She also has a very teasing side, and enjoys poking good fun at her friends. She is tough and loyal, and trained under her dam to become a skilled warrior in her own right to protect both herself and any friends from her home. Though they do not live in the same kingdom anymore, Zhenga is still very good friends with Eiria, daughter of Anahi of the former Sylva kingdom.

Zhenga is the first filly and foal of Jedi and Raxa. She, unlike her parents, knows nothing of the old Beqanna, as she was born following the land's changes. Zhenga lived in Sylva with her dam for some time after its establishment and under Djinni's leadership. However, wanting to experience life on her own, the filly left and went to make a home elsewhere. She spent some time in Ischia, but has decided to leave and find new residence. Her most recent place of exploration is in Loess, having followed her foal hood friend Ivar there.
